The agreement between you and Crypto Miner Shop when you browse our site or buy mining hardware. Written to be read — plain language, no walls of legalese.

Prices & stock can change; we may cancel mispriced orders.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of crypto-miner-shop.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make through it. By browsing the Site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Refund & Returns Policy and Shipping Policy, which form part of this agreement.

3. Products & Pricing

We work hard to keep product descriptions, specifications, hashrates and prices accurate. However:

Prices may change at any time without notice, including due to crypto market volatility, manufacturer pricing and currency movements. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when your order is placed.
Errors happen. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect specifications due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders placed at that price — even after confirmation — and will refund you in full.
Specifications (hashrate, power draw, dimensions) are manufacturer figures measured under lab conditions; real-world results vary with temperature, firmware and configuration.
Availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed and payment is received. Batch and pre-order items carry the estimated ship date shown on the product page.

4. Orders & Payment

Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we accept your order by dispatching it or sending an explicit acceptance email. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example due to stock errors, suspected fraud, sanctions restrictions or shipping limitations — and will always refund any payment taken for a cancelled order.

Your cancellation rights

You may cancel an order for a full refund at any time before dispatch by contacting us with your order number. After dispatch, our Refund & Returns Policy applies instead.

Cryptocurrency payments

We accept payment in [BTC, USDT and other supported coins — CONFIRM LIST]. Crypto orders are confirmed after [1–3 network confirmations — CONFIRM]. Because crypto prices fluctuate:

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss

You are responsible for providing an accurate, complete delivery address. Re-shipping costs caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Returns & Warranty

Returns, refunds, DOA replacements and warranty claims are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. In summary:

7. Acceptable Use & Mining Disclaimer

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to: attempt to breach its security, scrape or copy it at scale, use it for fraud or money laundering, resell our products into sanctioned jurisdictions, or interfere with other customers’ use of the Site.

Mining profitability — the honest bit

Cryptocurrency mining involves significant financial risk. We do not guarantee, promise or project any profit, income or return on investment. Mining earnings depend on factors entirely outside our control, including:

Cryptocurrency market prices, which are highly volatile
Network difficulty, which changes over time and generally increases
Your electricity cost, cooling, uptime and pool fees
Protocol changes, halvings and regulatory developments

Any earnings calculators, examples or figures on the Site are illustrative estimates only, based on the market conditions stated at the time — not forecasts. Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Only mine with funds you can afford to commit, and do your own research before purchasing.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, product photos, icons and code — is owned by or licensed to [LEGAL COMPANY NAME — CONFIRM] and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Manufacturer names and marks (e.g. Bitmain, MicroBT) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only; unless stated on the product page, we are an independent retailer.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind beyond the product warranties expressly stated in our Refund & Returns Policy.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including lost profits, lost mining revenue, downtime, or loss of data or cryptocurrency — arising from your use of the Site or products.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order is capped at the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights where applicable.

10. Governing Law
