Engineered to accommodate multiple Bitmain Antminer ASIC mining rigs, the container provides a centralized and scalable cooling solution. The liquid cooling system circulates coolant through a network of pipes or channels, engaging with heat-generating rig components. As the coolant absorbs heat, it’s channeled away from the rigs to a heat exchanger, where heat disperses into the surroundings.
The Antspace HK3 Liquid Cooling Container boasts several advantages over air cooling solutions. It sustains stable, optimal operating temperatures, enhancing mining performance and equipment longevity. Environmental Requirements: Bitmain ANTSPACE HK3 Cooling Container
- The cooling tower must be placed on flat ground with a horizontal degree (±1 degree).
- The ground surface should be hardened and stable, capable of withstanding at least a 14-ton load.
- A 10-ton crane is necessary for unloading ANTSPACE and the cooling tower.
- Additional items such as stairs, transformers, cables, bridge racks, and cable distribution boxes are not included in ANTSPACE delivery. The BITMAIN team can offer design suggestions if required.
- Clients must confirm the container’s opening direction to face air-intake. The left door is the current default design.
- Maintain at least 2 meters of air intake space around the cooling tower.
- Altitude: ≤3000m. If above 1000 meters, derate the transformer and switch; decrease the total power of ANTSPACE by 1% per 100-meter elevation increment.
- Operating temperature: -25°C to 40°C. Operating humidity: 10%RH to 90%RH. When initial coolant temperature is below 20°C, activate internal circulation to heat coolant to above 20°C before starting mining machines.
- When ambient temperature is below 5°C, switch cooling tower to cold-dry mode.
- Select pure water or suitable antifreeze as coolant based on local climate conditions.
- Suitable ambient temperature for ANTSPACE does not indicate suitable ambient temperature for mining machines.
